Here is the "recipe"...
Herbalife "Advanced" weight loss program.
Supplements: 3 times per day.
Shakes: 2 times per day.
Colorful meal: 1 time per day.
Mega T green tea can be purchased at Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, etc. (1 tab 3 times per day)
3 Liters of water throughout every single day.
A Brisk 20 minute walk, dancing, (some physical activity that gets your heart moving) for 20 minutes every other day for 30 days. NO SKIPPING!
***This works if you follow it. Eat a protein bar or some roasted soy nuts between meals for a snack. Don't let yourself starve. Do not eliminate breads & pasta, but keep them to a reasonable minimum.
