DO THE SLENDERWORKS 25 CHALLENGE!!

IF DROPPING 25 POUNDS IN 30 DAYS IS YOUR GOAL....
Here is the "recipe"...


Herbalife "Advanced" weight loss program.
Supplements: 3 times per day.
Shakes: 2 times per day.
Colorful meal: 1 time per day.

Mega T green tea can be purchased at Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, etc. (1 tab 3 times per day)

3 Liters of water throughout every single day.

A Brisk 20 minute walk, dancing, (some physical activity that gets your heart moving) for 20 minutes every other day for 30 days. NO SKIPPING!

***This works if you follow it. Eat a protein bar or some roasted soy nuts between meals for a snack. Don't let yourself starve. Do not eliminate breads & pasta, but keep them to a reasonable minimum. Eat plenty of fruit & veggies with your meals (and during the day if you like) Drink water and Herbalife Tea Concentrate (Drink & Shrink!)

I Worry About My Kids....Do You?

My children do not always eat the fruit and veggies they need. They also eat and drink things that aren't "good" for growing bodies. (soda, chips, sweets, etc.)

3-2-1 Diet Instructions

This is a great way to describe how our weight loss plan works.

(3) Take your supplements (pills) 3 times per day. (with each meal)



(2) Drink a shake 2 times per day.

Make sure you add 3-4 ice cubes (You can replace any 2 meals you like & it doesn't have to be the same ones everyday. Mix it up and work it around your life.)



(1) Eat 1 colorful meal.

Protein & fiber (meat & veggies) work really well with this program but don't eliminate food groups. If you're eating breads, potatoes, grains or pasta, just cut back by 1/3 to 1/2 the amount you would normally eat.


****Drink your Herbal Tea Concentrate. (especially in the morning)


****Eat a snack between meals. (protein bars, roasted soy nuts, fresh fruit & veggies, etc.)


****Drink 3 liters (96 oz) of water throughout the day. If you don't...........you won't lose weight!!

****Never let yourself get really hungry!


This program, like anything, takes some getting used to...but if you give it 3 weeks, which is the amount of time it takes to make or break any habit, you will be thrilled with your energy level and your weight loss results.
