I know it takes about a week for your body to adjust to drinkins 3 liters of water throughout the day. You will get to where you love it!! (You'll have to trust me on this one because I'm not sure how to explain why.)

UPDATE ON BEN (my husband)
When Ben posted a comment on this blog (approximately 3 wks ago) about not having time to exercise but still lost weight..he had lost about 12 pounds.
He has now lost 22 pounds and is down 5 inches on his belly.
I have lost 14 pounds and 5 inches from my belly. This program shapes all of us differently according to need. Remember, no 2 of us are alike so our weight and inch loss will be different.
