Lost 5 inches off of Belly!

I am so thrilled!! It is difficult at best for me to lose weight because I do not have a thyroid. (It was surgically removed due to an auto-immune disease called "Graves Disease".)
Anyway, what this means is that I barely have a metabolism if any! Every calorie I consume has to be burned the same day or I gain weight. It's not fun!

I started my own weight loss program 6 weeks ago and have lost only 13 pounds as of today, HOWEVER, I have lost 5 inches from my belly and 2 inches from my hips. It makes a huge difference in how I look and how my clothes fit.

I can now report with confidence that this game is about pounds & INCHES! Whoo Hoo!!

(in addition to our usual weight loss information)

O.K. It's Time To Start Losing Weight. Make The Commitment to Yourself.

Your commitment to yourself to be healthy and well balanced from a weight stand point will drive you to success. (Not to mention having pounds & inches disappear from your body!)
In my experience,the best place to begin is on the "Quick Start Program".
Spend 2 weeks on this program, it is designed for people who want to lose 10-20 pounds. It also contains the 3 "Basic Building Blocks" of well balanced nutrition for your body.

When you first start, your body may take a week or so to actually "Believe" it is receiving complete nutrition. So....it won't start shedding pounds overnight..maybe an inch but "stored fat" has to be broken down before it is washed away.(Drink Lots of Water!)

QUICK START PROGRAM:

1. FORMULA 1: Meal Replacement shake. (mix with water or juice depending on the flavor you choose). This is the best possible meal replacement shake on the market. It includes all of your proteins, vitamins, minerals and herbs. It provides your body balanced nutrition that you cannot get from food. It comes in several flavors, tastes great and is very filling. REPLACE 2 MEALS PER DAY. (IT DOES NOT MATTER WHICH ONES YOU CHOOSE TO REPLACE AND EACH DAY CAN BE DIFFERENT.)
***My very favorite shake is "French Vanilla flavor with 1 cup cold water, 1 banana, 1 tblsp. peanut butter, 1 kiss of honey & 3 ice cubes. Blend these in the blender. I just love it!

2. FORMULA 2: Multi-Vitamin....Take one with each meal (3 x per day). Most of us were used to taking a "one a day" but, your body is not capable of absorbing all of the vitamins, minerals, etc. in one tablet. At best, you might get 25% of what's in it before your body washes it out.....By taking "Formula 2" 3 times per day your body will absorb all of what it needs, in balance. No more....No less.

3. CELL ACTIVATOR: Remember, everything starts at the cellular level. Colds, Flu, Disease...ALSO Healing, restoration, repair, and re-fuel.

***I don't have a very high tolerance for cafeine so any more than this makes me "twitch". Everyone is different.

***REGULAR MEAL: START WITH 2/3 OF WHAT YOU USUALLY EAT. IF YOUR NOT FULL..EAT 2/3 OF THE AMOUNT YOU USUALLY HAVE FOR 2NDS. (BREADS AND PASTAS WILL SLOW YOUR WEIGHT LOSS. ****PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DIET SODA AND DIET TEA (THINGS THAT CONTAIN ASPARTAME WILL SERIOUSLY IMPAIR THIS PROGRAM!!)
