If You Are A 1st Time Reader...WELCOME!!

Welcome to:
"Make Stepping on the Scales a Great Way to Start Your Day!"

Most people dread this, but not me! I feel younger, I've lost 15 pounds plus 5 inches off my belly & 2 inches from my hips. This is so awesome and so easy and I have lots of energy......and I still eat my own favorite foods. (Not some pre-boxed meal).

I don't have to worry about....points, calories, carbs, fats, etc.

I have 2 wonderful & colorful shakes (all different flavors with fresh fruit, yogurt, coconut, chocolate syrup, peanut butter....whatever you like!!!

I have three mid-meal snacks...protein bars, nuts & fruits, veggies, gummie bears...etc.

3 Liters of water through out the day. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY!

And then I have a meal of whatever food I want!!! ( If I have pasta or grains, breads....I eat about 1/3 less than I used to.
Yes, I eat pizza....yes I eat ice cream....etc. etc. (just a little less than I used to)

"Back to School" is around the corner...Don't Forget to Stop at the Nutrition Shopping Mall.

With school starting very soon, your children might like some fun & healthy snacks. (And you'll like it too!!) Trim out some junk food.


Finally, we parents will have somewhat of a consistent schedule.


This is the best time to lose some extra pounds & inches. This diet will flex with your schedule and will work around your lifestyle. NO COUNTING ANYTHING!!


Have three meals a day and do not give up your favorite foods.


If you don't have time to work out......it's OK....you can lose weight anyway.


It is my job to customize a plan to your liking....guide and encourage you through any tough spots and assist you in reaching your personal weight goals.
