Most people dread this, but not me! I feel younger, I've lost 15 pounds plus 5 inches off my belly & 2 inches from my hips. This is so awesome and so easy and I have lots of energy......and I still eat my own favorite foods. (Not some pre-boxed meal).
I don't have to worry about....points, calories, carbs, fats, etc.
I have 2 wonderful & colorful shakes (all different flavors with fresh fruit, yogurt, coconut, chocolate syrup, peanut butter....whatever you like!!!
I have three mid-meal snacks...protein bars, nuts & fruits, veggies, gummie bears...etc.
3 Liters of water through out the day. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY!
And then I have a meal of whatever food I want!!! ( If I have pasta or grains, breads....I eat about 1/3 less than I used to.
Yes, I eat pizza....yes I eat ice cream....etc. etc. (just a little less than I used to)
