Regarding "Nourish then Lose"...

Common Sense tells us that a well nourished, well balanced body is going to lose weight more easily and in a more steady fashion than a body that is constantly struggling to get and hold the nutrients it needs.
Keep your body hydrated, nourished, and try to keep the stress level at a minimum and you will be amazed at how easily your body will do what you want it to do and look how you want it to look!! Work with it...not against it.
