UPDATE ON BEN (my husband)

When Ben posted a comment on this blog (approximately 3 wks ago) about not having time to exercise but still lost weight..he had lost about 12 pounds.
He has now lost 22 pounds and is down 5 inches on his belly.

I have lost 14 pounds and 5 inches from my belly. This program shapes all of us differently according to need. Remember, no 2 of us are alike so our weight and inch loss will be different.
